Farm Photo Friday (8-21-2015)

Welcome to Farm Photo Friday!

I hope you enjoy these pictures.

Ginger is upset that I put some tomatoes in her window sitting area.

We canned some tomatoes.

Hard at work.

The last gathering...
we sold the alpacas.

The cow's new friend...

She is a good listener...
see how she has her head tilted as if to listen better.

Recent rains have made the creek have that soothing bubbling sound.

If only I had more time to sit and listen...

  4. Great shots, as usual. It must have been hard to sell your alpacas. The cow and turkey are priceless.
Not to rain on your parade, but I've read that tomatoes ripen better in a paper sack. But I DO love the way the maters look on the sill. Hope Ginger doesn't think they are red balls of yarn to play with! ;0D

  6. Happy Weekend, LL! I love seeing all your photos of what is happening over at your farm!! I know my Ruby would feel the same way about tomatoes in her observing the outdoor spot on my window sill! Oh Wow, how big your turkeys are getting, just seems like yesterday, you picked them up! How I would love to spend just 15 minutes laying in that hammock, listening to your babbling brook! ~CB

  7. I loved seeing your critters! Your pretty Ginger is a good girl...my kitties would have had the tomatoes knocked off on the floor. Nothing is safe at my house!
