Meaning there is no prep work to get it ready for the crock pot...
No browning the meat.
No dicing the vegetables.
Throw (well, you should probably gently place) 4 chicken breasts into the crock pot.
I have even put them in frozen for this. How's that for no prep?

Dice up an 8 oz. block of cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts. You don't even need to soften it first - no prep ;-)
Sprinkle a packet of Italian recipe mix over it all.
(I've also done Ranch recipe mix, but we prefer the Italian for this recipe.)

That's it!
Cook on low for a minimum of 4 hours.
(I have done longer, but 4 to 6 hours seems to work best. That time frame keeps the chicken moist and there are no burnt spots around the edges.)
Using tongs shred the chicken. It shreds very easily.
Easy and Delicious!
My kind of meal on a hectic day.
A question for you...
Do you say...
