End Of The Garden Season Soup is more of an idea than a recipe...

Our garden is in it's final days of glory...

          a few tomatoes are still ripening...

                        an eggplant is ready to be picked here and there...

The freezer is stocked with some garden goodness...

            green beans...

                         shredded zucchini...

                                        corn...

Add in a little tomato juice or broth...

Brown some ground beef and mix it into the garden glory...

Add your favorite seasonings...

salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder

Set your crock pot to low and let all the ingredients mingle and get to know each other throughout the next few hours...

And there you have it...
