The Sky Put On A Beautiful Show

I love the smell of rain!

After a recent thunderstorm I stepped out onto the porch to inhale the scent.

As good as it smelled, the sky quickly grabbed my attention...

The clouds were moving fast...

Is that lightning?

I grabbed my camera to capture the beauty that was unfolding...

I was mesmerized by the rolling clouds...

The drastic light and dark colors throughout the sky...

The hint of pinkish-purple starting to appear...

The display that mimicked smoke...

The beautiful streaks of colors...

It quickly moved on, not lingering...

I'm so glad I didn't miss this majestic scene...

...and I wanted to share it with you!
