Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Looking for a delicious, healthy treat for the summer months ahead (or anytime really)?

Then let me introduce you to Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles.
I think you just might become best friends ;-)

If you liked the easy strawberry smoothie that I shared last week, you are going to like these - they have a similar taste. You'll love serving them to your family also, because they are made with real fruit, greek yogurt, and honey.

Now I do use vanilla flavored yogurt, well...for the flavor.  You could use a strawberry flavored yogurt if your heart desires.

I also add a little honey to sweeten the strawberries up.  You don't need much...just a little something.

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
(enough to fill 4 molds)

1 cup strawberries
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 - 2 tablespoons honey
In your blender, blend up the strawberries, yogurt and honey.
Taste it.  If you want it sweeter, add more honey.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Freezer for at least 5 hours.

A little tip:  run popsicle molds under warm water to help remove the popsicles.
