coming home is the best!
First meal was of course eggs from our ladies.
The salad consisted of green and multi colored lettuce, green onions, and scarlet kale.

Do you remember how excited I got when that first little bud appeared?
To watch our food grow from the start of a tiny seed is super exciting...
and now to eat the fruits of our labor...
I'm still doing a happy dance ;-)
